Q: Why can I not add an item to my cart?

A: It is possible that the item is out of stock, and your device can not display the pop-up window stating that. If the item is in the Archive section, it is highly likely that is the case. Items in the Archive section are not likely to be made again. 

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: You will receive an "Order Completed" e-mail when your item is ready to ship. If your item was scheduled for release at a later date, then it was a pre-order, and will not ship until the date indicated, or possibly later. 

Q: How do payments work?

A: We currently only take credit card payments: Visa, Mastercard and Discover -- NOT American Express. Your card is authorized at the time of order, meaning a hold is placed, which will go away eventually. It is not charged at that time. When the order is ready to ship, your card will be charged, and the order will be completed. If the card is expired, or declined, the order will cancel, and you can order again with a new card. 

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

A: All store items are requisitioned from the DST warehouse, so the processing time is slightly longer than with a normal store. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process an in-stock order.

Q: Why am I unable to complete an order to an address outside the United States?

A: Currently, we do not ship outside of the U.S., but there are numerous online toy retailers who carry our products, and you can find a retailer in your home country by using

A: Please submit questions about future products or product development to Ask DST on our blog.

Q: Can I send you my idea for a toy line?

A: We do not accept product submissions.
