Q: What is the status of my order?

A: You will receive a shipping notification, with a UPS tracking number, when your item ships. All store items are requisitioned from the DST warehouse, so the processing time is slightly longer than with a normal store. Please allow 7-10 days for us to process an in-stock order. If your item was scheduled for release at a later date, then it was a pre-order, and will not ship until that date or possibly later.

Q: Why am I unable to complete an order to an address outside the United States?
